During this complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call, we'll discuss what you're hoping to achieve, answer questions about ELM's membership model, review how telehealth works, and make sure we're a good fit. This visit is designed to help you understand what to expect before becoming a patient. This is not a medical visit. We will not review your medical history, medications, labs, or provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations during this appointment. If you decide to move forward, we'll schedule your Comprehensive Medical Intake.
