He holds a Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) degree from the University of Lynchburg and is certified as a medical professional legal consultant (MPLC) from Auburn University. Nationally recognized speaker and blogger in healthcare leadership, quality, safety, and risk mitigation. Dr. Cannell has held significant leadership roles, including President of PAs in Legal Medicine and board positions with the Academy of Doctoral PAs and the Massachusetts Association of PAs. He is an experienced MPLC and an expert witness with over eight years of experience. Erich Fogg

Erich Fogg, PA-C, MMSc, is a nationally recognized high-stakes exam coach, educator, and healthcare leader with nearly 30 years of experience as a physician assistant. A graduate of Emory University, he has served as a PA program director, hospital administrator, service line leader, CME company founder, and state licensure board member. As founder of Pathway to Pass, Erich specializes in helping PA students and graduates succeed on the PANCE and beyond. He has coached more than 250 students who previously failed their PANCE to ultimate success, while also guiding hundreds of first- and second-year PA students through EORs, EOCs, PACKRAT, and summative exams. His approach blends mastery of test-taking strategy with performance psychology, confidence building, and anxiety management. Michele Neskey
MS, PA-C
Michele Neskey, MS, PA-C is a nationally recognized Physician Associate, educator, and entrepreneur with two decades of clinical experience in hematology/oncology. She is the Founder and CEO of The Posh PA, where she has helped thousands of pre-PAs gain admission, supported PA students in achieving academic success, and guided practicing PAs in creating career flexibility through entrepreneurship. Michele is passionate about guiding the next generation of PAs to stand out in the admissions process. In addition to her clinical practice, Michele is a brand strategist for healthcare professionals. Amanda Strohschein

Amanda Strohschein is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters of Science from Fuller Theological Seminary. She currently practices at a counseling office in Glendale, AZ. Sarah Hormachea

Owner, Contract and Consulting Sarah Hormachea: Diabetes Care & Education, LLC Sarah is deeply passionate about diabetes care and education, known for her practical approach to translating and communicating complex health information. She enjoys exploring the “how” and “why” behind clinical decisions just as much as the “what.” Helping clients achieve their goals is what drives her—she truly can’t imagine doing anything else. By day, she is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), a certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES), and board-certified in advanced diabetes management (BC-ADM). With over a decade of experience across clinical trials, community and primary care, and specialty endocrinology, her career has been both diverse and rewarding. Her expertise spans grant writing, program management, remote patient monitoring, and insulin pump training—each day bringing new opportunities to make a meaningful impact. She is especially passionate about helping clients optimize their use of diabetes technology. By night, she advocates for the diabetes care and education profession.
