Patients can schedule individual follow-up appointments or select a follow-up bundle at a reduced rate. Follow-up visits are designed to provide continued medical evaluation and management after your initial assessment. These visits allow time to review symptoms, laboratory results, and imaging studies when applicable, assess treatment response, adjust medications as appropriate, and address new or ongoing concerns. When clinically indicated, care also includes development and refinement of a personalized lifestyle medicine care plan, integrated with medical therapy, to support metabolic and hormonal health and well-being.
