**Your First Visit: Medical Intake** Your first comprehensive medical visit is included with your membership! Your intake visit designed to understand your health story, identify contributing factors, and create a personalized plan focused on your goals. Important! Your first medical visit requires a FREE 30-minute add-on. Please select the “Required: Add 30Min to First Med Visit” add-on when scheduling. This ensures enough time for your comprehensive initial evaluation where we’ll take a deeper look at your medical history, symptoms, medications, nutrition, sleep, stress, activity, lifestyle, labs/imaging when available, and hormone and metabolic health. Depending on your needs, we may address weight and metabolic health, energy concerns, insulin resistance, thyroid conditions, PMOS (formerly PCOS), perimenopause/menopause, diabetes, metabolic optimization, and overall wellness. Your visit may include recommendations for additional testing, lifestyle strategies, medication considerations when appropriate, and a personalized roadmap for moving forward. **Follow-Up Visits: Ongoing Medical Care** Your membership also provides an ongoing relationship for medical care, education, and support. Follow-up visits are included in your membership and may involve reviewing symptoms, labs, imaging, or progress on SMART goals; assessing treatment response; adjusting medications when appropriate; addressing new concerns; and refining your care plan. When clinically indicated, lifestyle medicine strategies may be integrated with medical therapy to support your metabolic, hormonal, and overall health.
